Never confess to a murder you didn't commit For if you do you'll get yourself in real deep shit The people you love will no longer know how to trust you So confessing such crime is the stupidiest thing to do It happens a lot in my beautiful fatherland Innocent people imprisoned for years in the end The real killer is still at large and might carry a gun As long as the cops do believe they've got the right one Never confess to a murder you didn't commit 'Cause to get better figures some cops just don't care much for it To ease society there has to be an arrest And although he's not guilty the cops make him to confess 'This is a song to warn people: no matter what the cops try to make you confess, never do so when you are sure you aren’t guilty. It’s a waste of time and money and above all, in case of a murder the real killer is still out there and of course is the one that should be caught in the first place. This one is for Herman du Bois, Wilco Viets, Ina Post and all the other scapegoats in Holland that did time instead of the real killers. It got first played at a gig on April 3, 2004, and has been performed live 5-10 times until October 6, 2006, or June 1, 2007. The song was again on the set list on June 30, 2017, shortly after the Murder Is Still A Crime! tape was released on Danny’s Bandcamp page, and got played again on May 14 and December 18, 2022, and February 5, 2023.'

Chorus: Don't drink and wear a gun at the same time 'Cause when it gets outta hand you might easily shoot some guy Don't drink and wear a gun on the same night 'Cause when you drink your whiskey there ain't no reason for a fight Whenever you drink leave your weapons at home Don't take 'em to your favorite bar It's just not the place to wave your guns and ammo Although you have the right to arm Chorus Whenever you drink, don't you care for your gun There's alcohol to muddle your mind And after all you drink to have fun And not to end up doing time Chorus 'The title of this song is a quote by commander Grimes of the American Republic Militia in North-Carolina, done in a documentary by Louis Theroux or the like. Southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd’s songs Gimme Three Steps and Saturday Night Special seem to have inspired the rest of the lyrics, telling about the dangers of alcohol combined with loaded guns. As you all know I think alcohol should only be used for good time purposes, because if every drunken body would begin to fighting or killing others the government might put a ban on alcohol just like they did on most of the other dope. And then what do we do to keep our minds off of our lives?!? Don't Drink! was played live a few times from 2005 or 2006 until February 15, 2008, and after many years was on the set list again on May 14, 2022.'

Chorus: Now the act of mass murder is something that you shouldn't do at home It brings death to your family and most probably you'll end up on your own Not to mention the mess that you leave when the carnage is done The cleaning of blood, guts and gore...man, it ain't fun So remember these words when your frustrations run high And there seems no other way to go in life You could aim your gun at ev'ry relative you meet But you'd better lose control in the streets Chorus 'Cause.... So when ev'rything has gone out of hand And you want to put things straight in the end Don't point at your family when you point a gun But aim it at...well, just someone Chorus For... 'Around christmas 2000 a guy in Saudi-Arabia killed eleven of his family members. This song tells about that whenever you kill your kin there’s quite a big change you will end up all by yourself, ‘cause all of your family is dead. Nevertheless the lyrics should not be considered as an invitation or an excuse to commit mass murder at some place else then at your home and Danny Ramirez claims no responsibility for those who do so anyway. It hasn’t been played much live apart from 2008, when it was on the set list at four or five out of the six gigs that were done that year. The song was done again years later, on May 14, 2022.'

Six billion idiots on earth And still they are not done giving birth They better kill themselves one by one 'Cause there's a reason I won't load my gun Chorus: A human life ain't worth risking jail for Their species are much too inferior I despise their world and their creed I salt their wounds while they bleed Too much useless idiots and counting Only seven-tenth of water to drown in One day the earth will turn against all mankind Until that time mass murder's on my mind Chorus But... 'Another song that warns people not to kill one another, be it only for the fact that taking the life of one of your fellow human beings ain’t worth doing the time for. It are quite misanthropic lyrics, but nevertheless they do not incite Danny Ramirez fans to kill others. Au contraire, in this song I preach hatred and simultaneously manage to keep people from murder. It is probably the first humane song about misanthropy. Somebody Stop Me Before I Gonna Kill More! and this song are the only ones on the Murder Is Still A Crime!-tape that have never been performed live.'

I've got that fever time and time again Then I'm on the streets with a gun in my hand Killing at random wherever I can The trail of death will never end Chorus: Please, somebody stop me Before I gonna kill more I cannot control myself, you see Like I proved so many times before There ain't no cure to whatever drives this feel Only the sweet soothing of the kill Trying to resist only lasts that long Once I could, but now there's murder to be done Chorus To murder wasn't meant to be But I cannot deny what I crave for No, I cannot escape my lust for gore 'This song is about some killer that knows he will kill again unless somebody stops him from doing so. Although there are murderers who like to kill, there also are killers with more compassion for their victims combined with an addiction to murdering. One of them was William Heirens from the U.S., who in December of 1945 left a message at one of his murder scenes in which he begged the authorities to arrest him. Those words inspired me to write these lyrics. When Heirens finally was arrested in June 1946 he claimed the murders were done by his alter ego George Murman. This could explain why he wrote the message he did write. He killed as the insane Murman and when he was done he looked upon the results of his deeds as the more sane Heirens. Nevertheless he was a pretty sick bastard. Although sort of the title track of the Murder Is Still A Crime!-tape (a picture taken at the December 1945 crime scene adorns the tape cover), this song has never been played live. It was planned to appear on the 2002 Reload Your Gun! cd, but in March 2002 got dropped from the track listing in favor of the song It's Life Itself That Treated Me Wrong!.'
