'This is a song to warn people: no matter what the cops try to make you confess, never do so when you are sure you aren’t guilty. It’s a waste of time and money and above all, in case of a murder the real killer is still out there and of course is the one that should be caught in the first place. This one is for Herman du Bois, Wilco Viets, Ina Post and all the other scapegoats in Holland that did time instead of the real killers. It got first played at a gig on April 3, 2004, and has been performed live 5-10 times until October 6, 2006, or June 1, 2007. The song was again on the set list on June 30, 2017, shortly after the Murder Is Still A Crime! tape was released on Danny’s Bandcamp page, and got played again on May 14 and December 18, 2022, and February 5, 2023.'
